Don't forget the sunscreen!
- Apply sunscreen SPF 15 or higher, at
least 20 minutes before getting dressed and going outside
- Set
a timer or the timer on your cell phone to remind you to re-apply
sunscreen every 2 hours when you are outside. "All-day
protection" does not exist
- Use at least a "shot glass" size of
sunscreen to cover your entire body. Don't skimp!
- Don't
forget the tops of your feet and the backs of your hands; and your
lips, ears, and eyelids. Lip balm with SPF 30+ does not
bother
most people's eyelids, and stays on well
